Colby Rowe, President and Broker in Charge, has lived in Myrtle Beach since 2002. After relocating from upstate New York, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University in 2004 and soon began his real estate career.
Colby has spent over 10 years studying and evaluating the real estate market, and he has closed well over $100 Million in transactions. In 2009 he was ranked the #1 Buyer's Agent in the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors based on Sales Volume. He has consistently been a top producer and was named Sales Person of the Year for Sloan Realty Group from 2009-2013.
In 2014 Colby opened Rowe Ventures Realty. His extensive knowledge of the market and his position as an accomplished and respected Realtor have made him the “Go to” agent in the Coastal Carolinas.
